As a Team Coach, my mission is to help stuck teams that are experiencing challenging relational dynamics become unstuck to improve efficiency, productivity and communication flow.

The focus of my work is on supporting organisations to develop a positive working environment and enable their teams to explore different perspectives in a safe, containing environment leading to team cohesion.

By supporting teams to realise their collective wisdom and strengths, I help them uncover hidden solutions to perpetual problems that hinder the organisation's productivity and growth. To achieve this, I use a range of practical tools to make the invisible visible, helping teams move forward where integrating differences is key for an organisation development and transformation.

Background
I am an experienced Mental Health professional with two decades of experience working in the National Health Service (NHS, UK) in clinical, managerial, and strategic leadership commissioning roles.

My Team Coaching style is underpinned by my educational and experiential journey working with cross-organisational cultural norms. My professional background provides me with the knowledgeand ability to support teams in navigating the complexity of bridging across conflict. With academic psychological background, I bring an edge to teams looking to improve their communication and
collaboration.

In addition to working as an experienced therapist, I am an NLP Master Practitioner, and a Positive Intelligence™ Coach. I am a certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC™), which allows me to work with systems from the 'Third Entity' perspective, focusing on the collective system relationship instead of the individuals within it.
